These Terms of Service govern your use of RemoveMe, operated by RealDefense LLC ("RealDefense," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to RemoveMe, you agree to these terms.

Subscription and Billing

RemoveMe is offered as a quarterly subscription at $29.99 per 3-month period ($10.00/month equivalent). Your subscription automatically renews every 3 months at the then-current price. Your credit card will be charged up to 35 days prior to the renewal date for quarterly subscriptions.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your RemoveMe subscription at any time prior to the applicable renewal date by:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have paid.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with RemoveMe for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us to request a full refund. The money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription only and does not apply to renewal charges.

Service Description and Limitations

RemoveMe submits opt-out requests to 115+ US data broker websites on your behalf. While we make every effort to ensure successful removal, we cannot guarantee removal from every site in every case, as data brokers may change their opt-out processes. RemoveMe is not responsible for information that reappears after removal due to data broker database refreshes, which is why continuous monitoring is included in the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
